Teams must change runner at each checkpoint - NO consecutive stages
Mixed team : At least 33% of distance, total 27 km or more to be run by ladies.  With 4 stages run by ladies there are no restrictions.  With 3 ladies stages, there are many limited combinations that include Stage 6. A team with ladies running stages 1 and 3 would be a valid mixed team,

On behalf of the team, I absolve the Organisers and Rotherham Harriers and Athletics Club from responsibility for team members' safety in the Round Rotherham event. I understand that TRA/UK:Athletics rules apply. Retirement of the team must be reported to an official at a checkpoint or the Event Centre. I understand that entries and results will be processed by computer and that the data will only be used in connection with the Round Rotherham event. Entries can only be accepted subject to these conditions.
